Willowtree Development Corporation is a joint venture project between Brent International School and the Episcopal Church of the Philippines. Its real estate development, The Residences at Brent, aims to raise funds for the preservation of the rich history of the two respected institutions. In all its planning and building, Willowtree maintains its commitment to preserve the ecology of the Brent Baguio site and to create communities that promote wellness and eco-friendly lifestyles.

The Residences at Brent will be located on a national historic site, a status given to Brent Baguio by the Philippine Historical Commission in 2001. This prized property is a vast sanctuary for centuries-old pine trees,exotic flora and nature trails.
